ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BIMSHARES 

BIMSHARES ("Provider") provides software and website services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TDS"). If you do not agree to the TOS, you should not use the website.

ACCOUNT CREATION

When you create an account and accept these terms, you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow the basic rules outlined in these terms, so please read and understand them carefully.

SUBSCRIPTION

When you become a Subscriber or Member, you can access our directory of items to be used in accordance with the license. Only real people using your real data can subscribe to Bimshares.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

When you accept our terms and conditions of use, you will be aware that this is a subscription and that it will be renewed according to the membership you purchased, for example if your membership is Standard (Monthly) it will be renewed every month and you will be charged the cost of it, but if it is Annual, the renewal will be after 365 days. All our subscriptions are indefinite, none is for a single payment unless you cancel it before its next renewal.
ACCOUNT ABUSE

Up to 15 downloads daily. This point only applies to members of the most basic plan (Bronze). For the rest of the plans the downloads are unlimited.

Due to recent problems in the portal, due to users who have used systems and tried to abuse the platform, overloading the servers and harming honest and responsible users, using spam systems not allowed to log into the platform, as well as As resource downloads in unjustified quantities, we have made the decision to limit downloads to 15 items per day. Member abuse behavior that harms other regular pluginpress members will be banned from the platform, and these banned members will not be able to request a refund. This point reinforces the one hereinafter named as "TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT AND SUSPENSION".

PRODUCT LICENSE

The files, plugins, extensions and code snippets created by the Provider and / or provided in Bimshares are licensed under the public license, but these are not interchangeable, inheritable with people outside www.bimshares.com.
All items listed in the BIMSHARES directory are developed by external developers and shared by BIMSHARES under the terms of the General Public License (GPL). BIMSHARES is not associated with or endorsed by the developers of any item featured on this site and does not offer any additional author services such as author support and license keys.

PAYMENT METHODS

The forms of payment are by credit or debit card using Paypal, Conekta and Stripe. Payment is in advance to access the portal and a subscription is created, which will make recurring charges for the amount of the selected membership. Your subscription can be terminated at any time by entering your account - Recurring payments - Cancel.

REFUND POLICY

Bimshares is a portal that offers you a membership where you can access and download hundreds of Premium and free resources. These resources are original files of the author. For this reason, the following return policy is established:

When a refund applies:

1. A charge made by bimshares incorrectly, for example; a double charge, an additional charge for a canceled subscription, etc.
2. After purchasing the subscription and not making any downloads, within 48 hours after the subscription.
3. If you do not have access to the platform and do not get help or response from technical support for a period of more than 72 hours.

When a return does NOT apply:

1. No refunds are made on subscription renewals, unless it has been previously canceled (cancellation must be a date before the date of the renewal fee) and has been charged later by mistake, if this is not the refund does not apply.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

PRODUCT UPDATES
Updates of products purchased on Bimshares.com, as part of your membership, monthly, semi-annual or annually, guarantee regular updates, without pre-established dates.

MEMBERSHIP AND / OR PRICE CHANGES

We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on our website. We reserve the right at any time to modify or interrupt all or part of the downloads with or without prior notice. In addition, we can add new downloads with or without prior notice. The prices of any product are subject to change at any time by posting the changes on our website.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers will need to create an account when purchasing any product. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are not allowed to share and / or distribute your account login details.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

COMMERCIAL USE OF OUR GOODS AND SERVICES

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these terms.
